About The Team

Rebecca and Mo, from the BeConnected Team are hosting FromTheInsideOut, supported by Michelle McCormack and the People Focus Team.

With a mission to transform leadership and wellbeing for women, utilising over five decades of coaching and facilitation experience. Our work spans prestigious leadership programmes and lived experience across diverse industries in New Zealand and the Pacific, embodying our philosophy: “live it to lead it”.

Our approach combines neuroscience-based practices with conversational intelligence, well-being strategies, and practical leadership tools and techniques. Through this integrated framework, we translate the science into practices that enable tailored solutions for women leaders to thrive personally and professionally.
